Self-Pay Patients

We offer competitive self-pay rates for uninsured patients. Payment is due at the time of service. For procedures, estimates are provided in advance so there are no surprises.

Insurance Verification & Prior Authorization

Our billing team will verify your insurance benefits before your appointment and will obtain any required prior authorizations for procedures. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your coverage is confirmed.

You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums. We are happy to help explain your benefits if you have questions.
